I have been a ColorValet user for a few years and have had no problems with any of my profiles. Just switched to ColorValet Pro and received my first set of profiles and the color is WAY off. Not sure what is going on, color management is off and all the usual suspects as I know seem to be in order.
Please help me with this.

We did see there was color management in the printing of your targets. I thought I mentioned that in my email when I notified you about your profiles being done? If there are profiles being used when you print the targets you send to us, then that would certainly throw the color off in the profiles we make. I will email you more information on that, and we’ll work with you to figure out what’s going on there.
