why its used the profile SWOP for printing if SWOP its for web or something that…
The latest version of IdeaLink Curve is Beta 6 (IDEALink Curve 1.1b6). The latest version is always available for free download from our website:

The Ink Hue / Chroma graph lets you evaluate ink hue and chroma relative to specifications for printing (SWOP/ISO TR001) or standard commercial printing inks (ISO 12647-2). Click on the appropriate Compare To option to choose SWOP or ISO 12647-2. The default is ISO12647-2.
