I been looking for a solution to match vector color and spot colors when the feature is not built in the RIP.
Many RIPs has their own spot color libraries and a tool to build their own tables but, this wasn’t the idea of Named Color Profiles (NCP)?
Do any one knows a real world use of Named Color Profiles?
I know what are they for, ProfileMaker and many other programs can build them, but I haven’t seen any RIP or application that can use them.
Also, how does Praxis Vector Pro works? Is this tool still available? Praxis web site does not have any information and looks like it’s not updated.
Thanks
