Plotting the Common CMY NPDC Curve

I try to plot the common CMY NPDC Curve that I have a lot of questions.

1)Why? the CMY NPDC has only one curve?
2)Where Do I find the G7 ideal densities?
3)Where Do I find the neutral density formula ?
