Hi Master,

I have some spectral values(CMYK), Can I use it to calculate Density Status A, E and T.

Yes, you can - to a relatively accurate approximation. Bruce Lindbloom has a handy Excel spreadsheet that allows you to paste in spectral values and calculates density along with other colorimetric values.
